Diversity Stories month

Diversity is in our blood, and as a business we aim to move the dial on inclusion in the workplace to ultimately change how companies attract and retain diverse talent.

We are all diverse, no employee or hopeful candidate is the same, and we firmly believe that variety of characteristics, skills and backgrounds can benefit businesses – it’s been proven.

Diverse workers can bring a variety of perspectives and views into one room, heightening creativity, productivity and also, your brand’s reputation.

100% of the people we’ve interviewed within our networks so far this year agree that being part of a diverse workforce and an encouraged inclusive culture makes for a more dynamic, innovative and happy company community.

This month we are focusing on inspirational diversity stories and showcasing the phenomenal talent we have in our networks across all diverse communities. This is in a bid to encourage businesses to be more inclusive and prove to them that diverse characteristics can be an advantage in the workplace.

Whether you are from an ethnic minority, have a mental or physical disability, are from the neurodiverse community, the LGBTQI+ community or are an advocate for D&I at your company, we want to hear from you.

In May, we will be centering content around Deaf Awareness week (4-10 May), Dementia Action week (11-17 May), Mental Health Awareness week (18-24 May) and National Epilepsy week (20-26 May).
